Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you provided in email communication sent by you using our contact form
This website is hosted on WordPress however it is not necessary to register to view this website. By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.

Our contact form generates an email and your contact details will be stored as an email contact

Access to your data is limited to Phlox PVMed consultancy electronic devices which are all secured with strong passwords and/or biometric access. Our staff have received training in data protection.
